The very best way to get in touch with me and stay up to date with the latest happenings is to “like” my facebook page. Then we can stay in touch that way, and I also post on there new videos I’m doing, my new playlists, as well as upcoming special classes and workshops I’ll be teaching.

    Hi John,
I took a beginner class with you before the holidays and you mentioned that you might do a beginner part 2, I am wondering if this is still a possibility.
    Thanks, David

Hi David! I am considering doing that in March. I talking the Susan Cline, the studio owner, about running the beginner part 2 series whenever we have enough interest. So, I think we’ll be sending out an email soon to series “graduates” and gauge the interest. I’ll let you know.

      Take care,
      John

      Hi Bryan,

Please let me know what you are having trouble seeing. I’ve checked it out on a few platforms and it seems ok, but I want to be sure it all works for you. Thanks for letting me know. :-)

    Mr. Mcconnell,

I am currently signed up for your yoga & mindfulness course at UVM for the fall semester. I tried e-mailing you at your UVM address and got a response saying your inbox was full, so I thought I’d try here!
I was just wondering if you could tell me a bit more about the structure of the course? What will the classes be like, etc?
I appreciate any information and look forward to your class.

    Thank you for your time,
    Marissa

      Hi Marissa,

I guess this means I should see what all the mail is in my UVM account! I never look at it. :-) As for class, I plan to teach it pretty much like a regular yoga class, but to include a longer spiritual/educational talk at the beginning. I also will incorporate different breathing and mediation techniques along with the regular physical asana practice. Because the class is limited in size, I hope to make it more geared toward what each student wants and really help everyone move forward in whatever aspect of the practice they are interested in. In general I really want it to feel comfortable and lighthearted, with all the students supporting each other, and me supporting the students, as you deepen your practice.

      How’s that sound. :-)

      See you in the Fall!
      John
