I hope to see you at the upcoming yogaLIVE! class on Evolution on Friday, April 9th. The class will be from 6-7:30pm. This will be the first one we’ve had in a while, so I’m really looking forward to it. If you don’t know what yogaLIVE! is, it’s a regular vinyasa class along with live percussionist. The percussionist is Steve Ferraris, who has literally played percussion all over the world.
I’m been playing in bands, on and off, for most of my adult life. Since starting to teach yoga I always wanted to incorporate live music into my classes. There is something great about the energy of a live percussionist creates. It takes the whole experience to another level.
The cost for the class is $20, with the option of paying $14 with a class card and $6 in cash. The $6 goes to Steve.
