Yoga, Jungle, Beach & Adventure in Costa Rica

Come spend a week in the lush Caribbean jungle of Costa Rica, just a short walk from beautiful Playa Grande Beach. Tucked into the jungle, Nemetona is a beautiful and welcoming place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy an unforgettable week with friends.

This retreat is a chance to step away from the everyday and make room for the things that make you feel good: moving, exploring, swimming, laughing, relaxing, eating well, and having a little adventure.

Each day begins with a morning yoga practice followed by breakfast. Then the day is yours.

Swim in the Caribbean. Surf. Ride a horse along the beach. Book a massage. Wander through the gardens. Explore the incredible coast. Take a hike, find a waterfall, or grab a friend and head off on an adventure. Or spend a few hours in a hammock with a good book.

We’ll come back together for another yoga practice in the late afternoon, followed by a nourishing community dinner and time to enjoy the evening.

Nemetona in a collection of unique and cozy spaces, including the Ohana House, A-Frame Casitas, and the Gaia Dome. The open-air yoga space gives us a beautiful place to practice, breathe, laugh, and connect in the middle of the jungle.

Come for a week of yoga, adventure, friendship, beautiful beaches, delicious food, and plenty of time to relax.

A little yoga. A nice community. A little adventure. A lot of beauty. And a whole week to enjoy it.
