I went up to Montreal over the weekend to go the Jazz Fest, and have to share some great music I heard while I was there. The band is called Caravan Palace and they are from Paris. I’m always on the lookout for music that will be good to use in my yoga classes, or just new music of any kind. I’m not totally sure if this will work for yoga because it’s pretty wild, but that can definitely be a good thing.
