Just to a quick note that the Vermont Yoga Festival is today in Montpelier. It’s truly an awful day today weather-wise in Vermont. I heard that there was snow in Burlington. Yuck! But, that means it’s a great day to be INSIDE and do some yoga. I’ll be teaching from 4:30 – 6pm my yogaLIVE! class with Steve Ferraris accompanying on percussion at the Festival.
If you aren’t able to make it over to Montpelier then come over to Evolution and take a class from Margaret, Patrick, Lindsay or Lydia. Really, don’t even think about going outside. Be with your yoga community in Montpelier or Burlington. 🙂
