It’s time for yogaLIVE! If you have been thinking about taking the class, now is the time. This is a very inviting class – the purpose, as always, is to enjoy yourself and remember that you are great as you are. With the addition of live music to the class, the connection to the true self is just more fun!
If you can pre-register that is best, but you can walk in as well. The cost is only $20, and you can pay for $14 of that with a class card. Class starts at 6pm tonight (Friday). Hope to see you there!
