Like clockwork (except I missed last week..) here is my weekly video class. I had a couple little glitches I had to work out last week, but I think we’re good moving forward to have this be a regular weekly experience. Anyway, this class is a nice shoulder opener class, and the theme is about what I was talking about a few posts ago…if you were paying attention…don’t stop believing.
