I am excited to be hosting a retreat at Finca Exotica in Costa Rica in 2023! YAY!!!
I love bringing people together to connect with themselves and each another. The different practices we will do each day will feel great in the body, but will also make you feel great in the heart and in the mind. There will be plenty of time to get out and explore the jungle, or delight in sitting by the beach. By the end of the retreat I want you to feel awesome, to have made new friends, have a lot of great memories to look back on, and feel more connected to yourself.

This retreat will be in the beautiful Osa Peninsula, which has 2% of the world’s biodiversity. It will be in the jungle, near the ocean, and away from it all.

Sonora Caribbean Jungle Retreat
Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Carribbean Coast
March 5-12th (7 nights, 8 days)
At a small, modern retreat center with beautiful bungalows at Italian flare and food (the owner is Italian), this retreat is an easy bicycle ride to the beach, or hang out by the pool.
