In this weeks class we work on hip openers and back bends. The theme of today’s practice is on being grateful for what we have. I was talking to a friend this week about all the little things we experience each day that makes our lives better — things to be grateful for. So, in the class it’s all about thinking of everything we can come up with to be grateful for…and there is definitely a lot! Enjoy the class. 🙂
