Don’t miss out on this special Fabulous Fridays! yoga experience at ArtsRiot. This month’s special musical/class theme is “Express Yourself.” This is what Fabulous Firdays! is really all about: expressing yourself, being happy, having fun with friends practicing yoga (and maybe-possibly-most-likely-definitely throwing in some dancing, singing, laughing, and general merriment!).
This class is open to all levels of yoga experience. The only requirement is you come with an open mind to have fun with your friends.
