I’ve started making a new set of videos called “Gettin’ Into It!” My intention is to create a new video every week (or so) that focuses on a different posture or short sequence and how to get into the posture. There’s lots of cool postures that are fun to work on, and often times there are little details that can really help in being able to do the posture.

For this first video in the series we work on a great sequence I really like. We go from eka hasta bhujasana into astavakrasana into eka pada koundinyasana. It’s a really fun sequence and it’s actually not as hard as you might think on first look. I recommend checking out the video, doing some warmups, and then trying it out. For this series it would be good to get open in the hips and shoulders.
